Our township has a total area of 30.7 square miles, of which 27.9 square miles is land and 2.8 square miles is water.

Blaire Meadows HOA is incorporated under the laws of the State of Michigan as a non-profit corporation and governed by a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions (DCR) filed with Macomb County on November 15, 1994. Annual assessments for Association membership (assessment obligation as required per the DCR) are presently $100 per calendar year, and due on June 1st for the year. In the event of a transfer of ownership, assessments are prorated at $x.xx per day between the buyer and seller, as of the date of title transfer. More information is located on our Governance page.
